Acting on Experience

Hello! My name is Vince Iniguez Howell. I am 16 years old and I am from Oakland, CA. I am a rising actor, singer, dancer, and model. 

I live with my brother Keannou and my parents Humberto and Yeira. I love being outdoors in nature, playing sports, and learning to do tricks with my scooter.  

 In the last few years, I have developed a love for acting. I have been taking acting and drama classes for the past five years. I have recently filmed my first short film. The Phrog by David Lee Barron. It was screened at the Rack Focus Dallas Film Festival. I also have been training with Kids-on-Camera and have taken classes on TV/Film Acting, Comedy Script, Sitcoms, TV & Dialogue Scenes, Improv, and Voiceover Characters at a recording studio in Marin.

This past summer I had a few adventures and journeys. Besides my first short film "The Phrog", which was an amazing experience. In July, I went to iPop in Anaheim, CA where I was part of several competitions in dancing, singing, acting, and modeling. In July, I was a featured show model at the New York Fashion Swimwear Runway and in September at the Summer Fashion Runway Show during New York Fashion Week with Plitz Marketing and Democracy Kids. 

I am currently taking an online course from the NYU Tisch School of the Arts on Performing Arts Industry Essentials (Modules 1-5). I took three weeks of summer workshops on dance, songs and scenes with Youth Musical Theatre Company in Berkeley, CA 

PAST TRAININGS 

   
I have trained with the New York Film Academy (Acting Modules 1-3). AlphaNYC Theatre Company in various plays and two people scenes. I have taken classes with The Groundlings Theatre and done improv. The McCarter Theatre on an ensemble Virtual Voices Project, where you share your own monologues, scene scripts and poetry. I have also been writing and acting my scripts, and participated in two Intensive Broadway Workshop Teen Excel trainings with various Broadway actors and Tv/Film actors. The Vocal Intense and the Major Acting. I have taken the Songbook Musical Theatre Workshops, and multiple audition workshops with Marc Tumminelli and other invited guests at Broadway Workshop.

The latest theatre performance pieces are All Together Now with Peninsula Youth Theatre in Mountain View, CA, and As You Like it Play, at Bishop O'Dowd High School in Oakland, CA.

 I am currently cast on The Gift of Magi Play with John Partridge in Sonoma, CA.
